User Review On How Good Is MX650 In Your Kids
Came speedily as Amazon orders usually do. Packaging was excellent, no evidence of drops or crushing. Assembly was fairly simple, directions had been clear, took me about 20 minutes. The hardest part was lifting the box off the bike. Tires were pre-inflated. No tube or flat problems like I heard about in other versions of this bike. As a matter of reality, my son's mother purchased an MX350 for our 8 year's birthday at her residence, and she had to drive an hour to get the tire fixed to save the day. Soon after charging our Razor MX650 for 18 hours, I took it for a ride around the neighborhood to ensure everything was working effectively. I weigh about 175 and was surprised how peppy this factor is. My son has been riding this pretty often at our home for clips of 30-40 minutes, and I have only charged it five times given that December. The battery has only a lot of charging cycles, so I'll let it get low prior to recharging it. He need to have gotten 90 minutes out of the last charge. Highly recommend this bike. I felt an 8 year old didn't require the speed and danger of a genuine gas dirtbike. This factor has been rapidly and enjoyable sufficient to help keep his ADHD attention.
Update November 2010: We have two of these, and each have been well utilized and nonetheless hold a 30-40 minute charge. Zero complications using the motors or tires too. Our boy took a couple of spills on his, got some gnarly scrapes, but that's to be expected. The children don't run to utilize them as much as they did last December, since like any toy, this too gets old.

A different Good Assessment
I have had it for a couple of years now, it sits alot. If i went out there correct now the battery would still be charged, and it hasnt been plugged in for at least 6 months. I bought it to ride to work in the summer, just a block and a half. I found myself riding it all over town. Its amazing how long the battery lasts. now im 145 lbs, Its very impressive how powerful it is. Your not going to go up steep hills. great for flat and slightly inclined areas. it might go a bit better for a person that doesnt weigh as much. very durable too, I dont show it any mercy, the only place that appears to be wearing slightly is the rear swing arm bushing, its just plastic, could be easily replaced if it wore out badly. The bike comes with a parts breakdown and a parts list so ordering parts shouldnt be hard at all.
